In-stock orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery via tracked courier. Items shipping from a secondary hub may take one extra working day.
Yes, on UK mainland orders over £250 ex-VAT for one box. Additional boxes are £7 each (incl. VAT). Oversize or abnormal parcels carry an £18 surcharge per parcel. Orders under the threshold are £7 per box.
Yes, worldwide with tracking on DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Shipping cost is quoted at checkout. All international deliveries may be subject to local customs duties, import VAT or sales tax, brokerage fees and other charges levied by the destination country or carrier - these are the buyer's responsibility, are not included in our checkout price, and are non-refundable by ERTECH. Typical transit time 2-7+ working days depending on destination. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
For card or PayPal orders, no - the delivery address cannot be changed after the order is placed. The original order must be cancelled and a new one placed. This is required by payment providers for fraud prevention. For bank-transfer orders, address can be confirmed in writing once cleared funds are received.
Shipments are not insured by default. Insurance can be arranged on request before dispatch. Uninsured shipments travel at the buyer's risk. Courier liability is limited unless enhanced cover is purchased.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, redelivery and return fees may apply. If returned to us, we refund the item price less outbound and return shipping plus any handling or restocking charges. Timed-service surcharges are non-refundable after dispatch.
Inspect the parcel on receipt. Visible damage, shortages or wrong items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel, packaging and contents to [email protected]. Keep the original packaging until we confirm any courier investigation is complete. Concealed damage must be reported within a reasonable time of discovery. Late reports may prevent us from recovering from couriers or insurers, so we strongly recommend the 48-hour window. Consumer statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are preserved.
All international deliveries may be subject to local customs charges and taxes. These are the buyer's responsibility. Check your country's import rules and approximate duty rates before ordering. ERTECH cannot pre-pay or refund customs duties, import VAT or brokerage fees.
For card or PayPal orders, the delivery address cannot be changed after the order is placed. Where visible damage, shortage or non-conformity is not reported within 48 hours of delivery, we and our carriers may not be able to investigate or accept the claim and a refund, replacement or insurance settlement may not be available. Prompt evidence is essential to recover from couriers and insurers.
Nothing in this policy affects the statutory rights of consumers under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (short-term right to reject within 30 days, right to repair or replacement, right to a price reduction or final right to reject) and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The 48-hour inspection and reporting window in clause 7.2 is strongly recommended for evidence preservation and courier or insurance recovery, but it does not by itself defeat a consumer's statutory rights. Limitations and exclusions in this policy apply only to the extent permitted by law.
