Return or exchange an item
Our 100% money back guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition, unopened, unused (unless specified otherwise) within 30 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are received within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
BEFORE YOU SEND THE ITEM(S) BACK
To complete your return, you need an RMA from us. we require the following:
- A receipt or proof of purchase such as Invoice or Receipt
- Serial numbers of the items being returned
- Your full name, address and contact details
- Reason for return/Fault
- RMA Number
- Any passwords and/or usernames used on our machines
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- The item comes back to us with obvious signs of use
- The item has been opened (if sealed)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any custom made items, such as premade cables, brackets etc
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
LATE OR MISSING REFUND
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
CLEARANCE & B STOCK
Only regular and sale priced items may be refunded, unfortunately CLEARANCE or B STOCK items cannot be refunded.
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival or returned to us within 30 days. If you need to exchange it for a different item, this can be done provided you pay the difference in cost between the items.
However, if you receive damaged or defective item you must inform us within 5 days of the items arrival. Any claims for faulty or damaged goods on arrival will not be considered. Warranty claims can be made after this period.
All our products come with warranty except B stock items and Ex Demo items unless we have advised you otherwise. We provide 1-5 Years Warranty depending on the items and/or manufacture.
A warranty claim can be made any time from the invoice date. Once the warranty claim has been accepted we will authorise the return of the item and we will deal with the manufacturer on your behalf. The warranty claim can take anything between 2 days to 8 weeks depending on the item and/or manufacture. All postage costs will be paid by the customer, sending the item back to us as well as receiving the item back from us. Once a warranty claim has been processed we or the manufacturer will determine if a replacement or a repair will be provided, depending on the item and/or manufacturer.
Items outside the warranty period will not be accepted.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
